Stage
One: Introduction
Once
you pass through the queue line, which show props from
the movie, Twister, it's on to the introduction. In the
first room you will be standing in front of two large
screens which will show you a presentation by Twister
stars, Helen Hunt and Bill Paxton. This film give you
an a good assessment of the filming of Twister and the
power the real thing can create.
Stage
Two: Set
One
the premise is set its on to...The Set. This long corridor
is themed with props and give you the idea of being in
the demolished home of Aunt Meg, a character from the
movie. There are so many little details to view that you
will not catch many of them. As you wait for the main
attraction, you are again treated to video monitors with
screens from the movie and an ideas of filming the movie.
Stage
One: The Ride
Actually
this isn't really a ride. You'll enter a mock version
of the Galaxy Drive-In Theater set from the movie and
watch from a covered area. There playing a double feature
here and you can catch a glimpse of the scenes as IT
starts. The twister is seen in the distance as the rains
and wind start and grow ever strong. In moments the twister
is right on top of the set, the rain pours down, gas tanks
explode, the truck are pulled around, and oh yes, we have
cows! Just when you think it is safe that protective roof
you've been thankful for begins to shake.

Universal Orlando: Twister...Ride It Out Tips
This
ride may sound intense, but as mentioned above, it's more
of a display than a ride. Kids shouldn't have a problem
with this attraction other than the sound which does get
loud. For this we offer our always best piece of advise..."Know
your child".
We've
always been packed in like cattle each time we experienced
Twister to the point of having elbows in our chests other
stepping all over us. Try, if you can, to give yourself
and group some breathing room between each other, especially
if you are more towards the right. For those on the right
they are trying to get in further to see better and will
likely push their way around if you let them. Since you're
suppose to be out in the elements count of getting wet.
Not Popeye & Bluto Bilage-Rat Barge wet, but you will
get a least a nice spray.
Handicapped
guests in wheelchairs and Electric Vehicles are allowed
to ride right in without transferring. Plus, you will be
in the front row.
