General Parking

The enclosed parking garage utilizes moving sidewalks, escalators and elevators, on-site wheelchair rental, and an on-site kennel. Vehicles can leave the garage and return the same day by stopping at the toll plaza upon re-entry and presenting their parking ticket.

Daily parking fees per vehicle:

- Cars, Vans, & Motorcycles: $11.00
- RVs & Trailers: $12.00

- Preferred Parking is available for automobiles for just a few extra dollars.

Valet Parking

Valet parking is available for cars and vans at a charge of $18.00. Upon arrival to Universal Orlando® Resort, follow the signs to Valet Parking.

Vehicle Assistance - If you should experience car problems while visiting, battery jumps are provided as a courtesy to our guests. If further assistance is needed, raise your hood if possible, and report your vehicle's location to any parking attendant for assistance.

There are also call boxes located throughout the parking garage which can be used to contact Security.

At each attraction location, signs are posted to indicate specific height requirements and warnings for certain medical conditions. Listed below are all the attractions at both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure that have a height requirement. If a show or attraction is not listed then this show or attractions does not have a height restriction and is open to all guests.

NOTE: Children under 48" (1.22 meters) must be accompanied by an adult at all times and on all attractions.

• Jimmy Neutron's Nicktoon Blast - Must be at least 40" (persons under 40" can experience this attraction from an adjacent stationary location.)

• MEN IN BLACK Alien Attack - Must be at least 42"
• Woody Woodpecker's Nuthouse Coaster - Must be at least 36"

• Jurassic Park River Adventure - Must be at least 42"
• Pteranodon Flyers - Must be at least 36" (36" to 56" must be accompanied by an adult)
• Dueling Dragons - Must be at least 54"
• Flying Unicorn - Must be at least 36"
• Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls - Must be at least 44"
• Popeye & Bluto's Bilge-Rat Barges - Must be at least 42"
• Incredible Hulk Coaster - Must be at least 54"
• The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man - Must be at least 40"
• Doctor Doom's Fearfall - Must be at least 52"
• The High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride! - Must be 34". (Children 34" to 48" must be accompanied by an adult)

There are currently 13 smoking areas at Islands of Adventure and 12 at Universal Studios for our guest's convenience. All other areas outside of these designated smoking areas are smoke free.

Please note the following restrictions:

• Coolers are not permitted in either theme park.
• All bags, backpacks or packages will be inspected prior to entering the theme parks.
• We recommend you leave unnecessary articles in your car and secure valuables in your trunk.
• The following are additional items that are not permitted: any type of weapon, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, large duffle bags, folding chairs, and large umbrellas.

Strollers & Wheelchair Rentals

Guests can rent strollers, wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV) upon entrance to either theme park, to the left side of each park's entrance. Manual wheelchairs are also available at the Rotunda area of the parking structure. Due to limited numbers, please note that ECV Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be operated by a single person 18 years of age or older.

NOTE: We suggest you place a request in advance for ECV rentals (at least 1 week prior to your arrival). This can be done by contacting Guest Services by calling 407-224-4233.

The rental fees are as follows:

Single Strollers: $11.00 per day
Double Strollers: $17.00 per day

Wheelchairs: $12.00 per day + a $50.00 deposit & a signed rental contract
Electronic Convenience Vehicles: $40.00 per day + a $50.00 deposit & a signed rental contract

Lockers Rental

Lockers are available within each of the theme parks for guest rental for $8.00 per day, with family size lockers available at Universal Studios Florida for $10.00 per day. Guests have unlimited access to these lockers during the course of the day. Additional lockers are available at Islands of Adventure for $2.00 per hour, with a $14.00 per day maximum.

These lockers are available at the entrance of the following attractions:

- Incredible Hulk Coaster®
- Dueling Dragons®
- Jurassic Park River Adventure®

NOTE: The lockers at the Incredible Hulk Coaster and Dueling Dragons are free for at least the first 45 minutes (time may vary - check with the individual attractions for specific length of time).
